Thank you for shopping with Saint Véreux. Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped in limited quantities.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Method

All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by USPS, Saint Véreux is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local post office directly.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be honored.

Saint Véreux reserves the right to refuse shipping to certain addresses at our discretion.
