Return Policy

At Saint Véreux, each piece is composed in limited quantities using repurposed designer elements and custom hardware. Due to the nature of our materials and small-batch production, all returns are issued as store credit only.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return requests submitted after 3 days from delivery will not be approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim:

  • Email SaintVereux@gmail.com within 24 hours

  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

  • Include your order number

If approved, we will issue a replacement (if available), or a full refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be honored.

Saint Véreux reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
